In 2005 it was the result of a restoration of an ancient barn in Marti a small hamlet between Pisa and Florence. The property includes the main villa where the owners are living and another building with two apartments which are run as tourist accommodation and rented to the clients of the agritourism. The main villa has bright rooms and restored with high-end materials reflecting the love of the owners. Access to the ground floor by a closed veranda, very bright and welcoming, entrance in the villa into the living room with fire place and door to the kitchen. The kitchen has access to the rear side of the villa where there’s a lodge to host guests for an open air dinner. The dining room too has access to the exteriors through a glass French door, still on the ground floor first bathroom and utility room.
 Through a wooden staircase you can reach the elegant and bright living room on the first floor with a panoramic terrace from where you can enjoy the view of the gardens and the pool. On this floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In front of this building there’s the barn, which has been restored with two apartments. The apartment is a two-story house. On the ground floor there is a large living room with armchairs and a comfortable sofa (which can be used as a sofa-bed), a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave and a bathroom with shower.
 On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedroom, a second bathroom with a bathtub and a lovely shaded terrace with a large sofa, chairs and a little table.
 The apartment has a private outdoor area, furnished with tables, chairs, a bench and a comfortable sofa where you can enjoy the sunset and the evening breeze. Marta apartment is a one-story house. It consists of a large living room with armchairs and a cozy sofa, a kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
