The Apartment

The apartment is at the second and last floor of  the building. The area is around 100 sq.m. including the terraces.
The location is great because you’ll have all the necessary amenities close by plus a lot of activities like the beaches, tennis court and the International Equestrian Field of Sanremo.

The livingroom is exposed to the south and is always brightly illuminated. There are two bedrooms, a double and single. The double bedroom has access to the front terrace where it is possible to enjoy the wonderful sea view. The single bedroom has access to the back terrace with view on the beautiful hills.
The eat-in kitchen has a granite countertop. The bathroom has a window with a nice view over the garden and near hills.
The terraces are around 15 and 11 sq.m. and can be used all year round as they are well exposed to the sun, especially the one on the sea side. There is a barbecue where you can grill at sunset perhaps enjoying a lovely glass of local Pigato white wine in front of the stunning sea view.

The Annexes

There is also a cellar where you can store some bottles of good wine, a garage with space for one car and and additional parking place in the internal courtyard of the building with space for one car.

The Surroundings

A very trendy and absolutely beautiful location, the Ligurian Riviera stretches from Monaco to Capo Corvo, crossing the provinces of Savona, Imperia, Genoa and La Spezia, for a total length of about 330 km.
Overlooking the wonderful Ligurian sea, limpid and crystalline, the Riviera is divided into the Riviera di Levante and Riviera di Ponente.
The first is characterized by the presence of beaches with sand interspersed with stones and cliffs that jut out onto the sea. There are many places of great tourist interest, such as Camogli, Portofino, the Gulf of Tigullio, the Cinque Terre, Lerici, Porto Venere and the Gulf of Poets.
The Riviera di Ponente, also known as the Riviera dei Fiori, is instead characterized by sandy beaches and deep sea beds. The main towns are Finale Ligure, Sanremo, Bordighera and Mentone.
A sought-after and sought-after area, the Ligurian Riviera has seen over the years an increase in the presence of luxury villas and prestigious properties, aimed at satisfying an increasingly growing demand.
