Structure And Coating
The best load-bearing structures have been chosen for the houses to guarantee maximum resistance and thermal efficiency.
The structure consists of reinforced concrete pillars, internal and external double perforation, and insulation in the center. The building envelope is designed to meet the requirements of the A3 classification. The higher A4 (maximum) category is achieved with the ancillary equipment of photovoltaic and solar thermal for hot water production.
Bearing And Brick Partition Walls
For the division of the internal spaces, are used partitions with blocks of the best-manufactured perforated brick chosen for their lightness, strength, and acoustic efficiency.
Slabs
